A special feature during the final CHANSE Final Conference in Kraków, Poland, was the launch of the first CHANSE exhibition (see here for the conference programme). Here projects were invited to showcase their research in digital and physical formats. 15 projects responded and put over 40 items on display.

The exhibition showcased a range of creative thinking, from animated presentations and videos to posters, briefs, diverse artistic outputs and card decks. For more information on the different displays, please visit  the catalogue.

Overall, the exhibition was well received, and the opportunity to engage with other projects and researchers more closely, outside the formal presentation and discussion format, was welcomed.

Per one participant, “the exhibition was original and great to meet researchers, discuss their work more personally and directly”. As another summarised it, “I gained a lot from it.” Another commentator suggested that such exhibitions should be a feature of future summative conferences.

However, while the physical exhibition was a one-off event, this was not the end! We are pleased to announce the launch of an online exhibition, building on and continuing this successful CHANSE-KEF output.

10 of the 15 projects who were involved in the conference exhibition have provided a total of 22 outputs for online display. These have been organised across four themes: Community, Equality and Inclusion, Method, and Transformation.
