We are delighted to announce that the CHANSE Final Conference will take place in Kraków, Poland, on 8–9 September 2025. Under the motto “We Are CHANSE”, this event will highlight the diverse and impactful achievements of the 26 projects funded within the CHANSE Transformations call, showcasing their contributions to the research landscape. The conference will also serve as a platform for insightful discussions, interactive workshops, and valuable networking opportunities.

The event will bring together distinguished participants, including researchers involved in the CHANSE Programme, key stakeholders, and representatives of National Research Funding Organisations and the European Commission.

The conference programme is being developed in collaboration with the Knowledge Exchange Facilitators, ensuring a dynamic and engaging agenda tailored to the needs of all attendees.
