The CHANSE Knowledge Exchange Facilitators, Dr. Sara Perry, Dr. Anna Simandiraki-Grimshaw and Dr. Luisa Nienhaus, organised a 2 hour online round table on Tuesday 31st March 2026.
This online event brought together researchers for an interactive exchange. Following brief CHANSE project presentations, we explored key dimensions of digital transformation, moving from critical reflection on the present to imagining desirable alternative futures. The insights generated will contribute, alongside other inputs, to a CHANSE report that aims to inform future research directions.
The round table was facilitated by Bianca Dragomir. She is working with us in shaping and leading the online workshop. Bianca is Vice-President of Institutul de Prospectiva, based in Romania. As part of the Foresight on Demand (FoD) consortium, Prospectiva supports the European Commission and fourteen EU organisations on science and technology programming through 2028. Moreover, Bianca is actively engaged in strengthening the European R&I foresight community and its online hub, futures4europe.eu. You can connect with her on LinkedIn. The round table was co-facilitated by the President of Prospectiva and the coordinator of the Eye of Europe Coordination and Support Action, Radu Gheorghiu.
