We are pleased to announce that registration for the CHANSE Final Conference is now officially open. The event is organised by the CHANSE Consortium and will take place on 8–9 September 2025 in Kraków, Poland, bringing together the CHANSE community under the motto We Are CHANSE.

This event will highlight the achievements of the 26 research projects funded under the CHANSE Transformations call. It will offer a space for dialogue, collaboration, and exchange among researchers, stakeholders, and representatives of national and European institutions, including the European Commission and National Research Funding Organisations.

The conference will feature a programme of inspiring discussions, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities. Designed in collaboration with the Knowledge Exchange Facilitators, the agenda will reflect the diversity and impact of the CHANSE-funded projects and address key topics shaping the future of social sciences and humanities research.
