We are pleased to announce that the CHANSE call Outline Proposal selection process has now finished, and the proposals that are invited to prepare and submit a full application to the CHANSE Call 2021 have now been selected.
The deadline for the Full Proposal submissions is December 7th, 2021 at 14.00 CET. The Electronic Proposal Submission System (EPSS) is already open for all applicants invited to submit the Full Proposal.
366 Outline Proposals were submitted of which 90 proposals are invited to the Full Proposal stage. Each proposal was reviewed, evaluated and ranked by the scientific Evaluation Panel, following the criteria recommended by the European Commission: Excellence, Impact, and Quality and Efficiency of Implementation, and Relevance to the call. The final decision was based on the ranking list established by the scientific Evaluation Panel in accordance with the criteria and procedures presented in the Call Announcement.
Due to the high interest and limited budget, PIs requesting funding from ETAg (Estonia) are encouraged to consider ca. 10% budget reduction in the Full Proposal.
