The CHANSE Knowledge Exchange Facilitator (KEF) programme, Networks for Transformational Change, brought together CHANSE researchers, external participants, funders and policy makers across 26 European projects to imaginatively explore scenarios for digital transformations across three years. This report outlines the KEF’s conceptual framing, activities, accomplishments, lessons learned and recommendations for future knowledge exchange programmes.
